Shipping is charged at checkout based on your order and delivery destination. Live plants ship within the contiguous United States. See our shipping policy for delivery details.
Plants and planters have different return terms. If a live plant arrives dead or severely damaged, email mike@plantylove.co within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package, shipping label, packing materials, and plant. Approved claims qualify for an available replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Unused planters and other non-living items may be returned within 30 days of delivery; contact us before mailing a return. See our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and shipping terms.
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Keep in mind that once an order is shipped, changes may not be possible.
