We want you to love your plants. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 30 days for a refund or replacement. For live plants, please email a photo of any damage on arrival and we'll make it right quickly.
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Keep in mind that once an order is shipped, changes may not be possible.
