Annually, 30 million acres of forest are lost, reducing the Earth’s ability to store carbon dioxide, which accelerates climate change.

Forest degradation was responsible for over half of global greenhouse gas emissions in 2019.

However, by preserving and restoring forests, we could significantly boost photosynthesis, allowing us to capture 1.5 billion tons of carbon dioxide each year.

Remarkably, just one acre of urban trees can produce enough oxygen for eight people while removing 188 pounds of CO2.

At Planty Love Co, we are committed to being part of the solution. Through our “One Potted, One Planted” initiative, we’ve partnered with One Tree Planted, a nonprofit focused on reforestation.

For every garden pot sold, we plant a tree. Our goal is to plant at least 1 million trees over time, helping to restore ecosystems, combat climate change, and create a better future for all.
